An original pencil drawing of a nude model, by Sir William Russell Flint
Image size 9 x 5.75 inches
Overall size with frame 16" x 19"

A relatively early drawing by Sir William Russell Flint, 1929, which illustrates the ease with which he is able to sketch, as much as paintin watercolours or even oil painting
It is typical of his style, which is unusual for this period, as most of the paintings with nudes and portrits of Cecilia were not produced until many years later.

If you wish to visit the beautiful countryside and villages in the south west of France where Flint spent much of his time painting,
a beautiful holiday house in Dordogne, close to the town of Brantome, is to let throughout the year.
