Francis Murray Russell Flint, born 3rd June, 1915
As the son of one of the most iconic watercolour masters Francis Murray was able to use such influences to help begin his career in painting which led to numerous accomplishments
from educating others on learning to paint in watercolour, publishing several books on the subject and becoming an an Offical War Artist during WWII.

Locations of exhibition include:
The Royal Academy,
The Royal Watercolour Society,
The Royal Society of Marine Artists,
The Imperial War Museum.


He became vice-president of The Royal Watercolour Society,
and was a highly celebrated and respected watercolourist throughout his career.
Francis Murray Russell Flint died in Spain, 1977.
