Which countries are
included in the UK?
The following countries are included in our definition of the UK for
delivery purposes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. For
deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, please see our Western Europe
delivery rates.
- How will it be delivered?
All items destined for a UK address will be dispatched by First Class
Special Delivery post or Parcelforce.
- How long will it take to arrive?
From dispatch to delivery is a maximum of 10 days.
How much does the postage and packing cost?
- We make no charge for UK deliveries.
- How can you speed this up?
You can select UK Express Delivery. There is a charge of £10+VAT and your
goods will arrive within 3 days.
- Please note: goods valued at more than £1,500 will be hand delivered.
Which countries are included in Western Europe?
The following countries are included in our definition of Western Europe:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France,
Germany, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg,
Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican
City State, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, San Marino.

All items destined for a Western Europe address will be dispatched by
Airmail.
- How long will it take to arrive?
From dispatch to delivery is a maximum of 10 days.
How much does the postage and packing cost?
- Airmail costs £10+VAT
- How can you speed this up?
You can select Priority Express. There is a charge of £20+VAT and your
goods will arrive within 3 days.
- Please note: goods valued at more than £1,500 will be hand delivered.
Which countries are included in the North America?
The following countries are considered to be part of North America for our
dispatch purposes: Canada and the 50 states of the USA.
- How will it be delivered?
All items destined for a North America address will be dispatched by
Airmail.
- How long will it take to arrive?
From dispatch to delivery is a maximum of 10 days.
How much does the postage and packing cost?
- Airmail costs £15+VAT
- How can you speed this up?
You can select Priority Express. There is a charge of £30+VAT and your
goods will arrive within 3 days.
- Please note: goods valued at more than £1,500 will be hand delivered.
Which countries are included in the Rest of the World?
If the country you have selected as your delivery destination is not
included in our lists for UK, Western Europe or North America, then we
consider it to be in the Rest of the World for our dispatch purposes. This
includes all countries in Asia (eg: Japan, China, Pakistan, India, etc.),
Australia and New Zealand, all African countries, Central America
(Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, etc.), the Caribbean and Mexico, South
America (Colombia, Chile, Argentina, etc.).

All items destined for a North America address will be dispatched by
Airmail.
- How long will it take to arrive?
From dispatch to delivery is a maximum of 10 days.

- Airmail costs £20+VAT
